Kristen has worked as a Business Manager and Virtual Assistant for several entrepreneurs and small businesses, and she is so excited to be part of the Building Better Futures team!
She enjoys interacting directly with clients, and keeping the team organized by performing the behind-the-scenes work. Her passion is using her creative skills to design beautiful flyers, graphics and websites. Kristen also enjoys the flexibility of working from home and contracting with small businesses to enhance operations.
Kristen spent the majority of her career thus far working as a Recreation Director in skilled nursing facilities. In this role, she was able to use her organizational skills, and develop project management skills while planning, organizing, and executing the activities and large-scale events for the residents, families and staff. She really enjoyed connecting with the residents and their families to improve the quality of life and overall wellbeing during a time in life that is often very difficult.
Kristen is a mother to a handsome eleven-year-old boy and her cute puppy, Leo. During her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, interior decorating and relaxing at the beach.
