Renee is a consultant who brings 30 years of experience in K–12 education as a teacher, principal, and district leader. She specializes in the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support in district and school levels, with a focus on tiered instruction in academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning. Renee uses data-driven, culturally responsive approaches to guide school improvement, facilitate professional development, and support intervention planning. She is committed to fostering trauma-informed, equitable, and inclusive environments across urban, rural, and suburban districts.

Bob offers numerous school focused trainings and workshops related to his passion for creating an environment where everyone flourishes today, tomorrow, and beyond. His areas of expertise include improving school culture and connection, executive coaching, leadership development, school board development and strategic planning.

As a seasoned educator, Pam brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion for educators to her coaching work. She has a calm, patient demeanor, and seeks to empower educators by helping them expand the tools and strategies that have in their toolboxes. Karry Mullins

Karry brings over 30 years of experience in public education, with expertise in MTSS, SEL, behavior management, systems alignment, and special education. She spent 10 years teaching before moving into leadership roles, including principal, director of special education, and assistant superintendent in the Binghamton City School District. Driven by a strong belief in every child's potential, Karry is committed to creating safe, supportive environments where all students can thrive.
